Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a General Labor employee to join our manufacturing team. You will perform hands-on tasks such as dumping product into packaging equipment, catching and packing finished goods, palletizing cases, and conducting visual quality checks to help deliver high-quality products to consumers.

This role requires overtime and variable start times, with core hours from 4:00am to 4:30pm. You will adhere to GMPs, assemble cartons, load candy, and maintain a safe, clean production environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse roles preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards (FSSC 22000).
• Ability to follow GMP procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs.
• Assemble cartons and packaging materials.
• Consistently load candy into production and packaging equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and Ferrara safety standards.
• Perform routine visual quality checks to ensure product quality and consistency.
