This full-time role offers steady hours Tuesday through Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays, and pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour. The position emphasizes teamwork, learning progression, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced chocolate factory.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail for counting, measuring, labeling and product identification.
• Commitment to quality standards and ability to identify defects.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn production techniques and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and count products using scales or similar equipment.
• Label containers with preprinted labels and date codes.
• Assemble and prepare packing supplies and boxes.
• Count finished products to confirm production completion.
• Operate chocolate production equipment including tempering and handling conveyors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
