Blommer Chocolate Company is seeking motivated associates for on-site production roles in our facility. The position involves monitoring the roasting line, adjusting equipment, and ensuring precise ingredient handling to meet recipe specifications.

Shifts include weekend and weekday hours with a base pay of $23 per hour plus a $5 per hour shift differential. We emphasize safety, quality, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain recipe specs.
• Monitor bean flow through the roast to optimize quality and quantity.
• Adjust machines to minimize waste and defects.
• Report defects, damaged tools, or non-conformities to supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Review required ingredients for accurate recipe specs.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP, and OSHA safety compliance in daily tasks.
• Document FDA HACCP results and downtime data.
