Responsibilities include handling orders, promoting seasonal products, and ensuring timely pickup/delivery with accurate labeling, while supporting inventory and department goals with teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail service and guest relations.
• Ability to lead a small team in daily duties.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and build customer relationships.
• Assist with candy, floral, balloon, coffee, gift, and specialty orders, including phone orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for pickup or delivery.
• Promote seasonal products and events to support sales goals.
• Operate the cash register and fulfill balloon orders safely.
• Train and guide team members on daily customer service and orders.
