Job summary

Uncle Gs Management Corp. in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a Candy Clerk to join our family at the candy counter, delivering friendly service and helping customers with a variety of candy options, chocolates, and homemade items.

You will operate a register, stock products, and assist with pickup orders while maintaining a clean, well-decorated department. A HS diploma, 18+ years old, and at least 1 year in retail are required, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of related experience in retail sales.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their Candy requests
• Running a register and performing basic math functions
• Stocking candy products and properly storing them
• Creating Candy orders for pickup
• Will create store decoration, perform inventory control and ensure the cleanliness of the Candy Department while on shift
• Other duties and functions are assigned
