Job summary

The Candle Pour is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet guests, guide them through the candle-making journey, and support daily retail operations in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will help drive sales through product recommendations, upgrades, and excellent service, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with events and community engagement. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the custom candle-making process, from fragrance selection to pouring.
• Actively contribute to daily sales goals through candle pours, retail product recommendations, upgrades, and add-ons.
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining retail displays and fragrance stations.
• Deliver memorable, personalized experiences and engage with guests to create WOW moments.
• Support in-house and off-site events, and collaborate with team for smooth studio flow.
