Job summary

The Candle Pour in Tampa is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the face of the studio, guiding guests through the custom candle-making process and supporting daily retail operations.

This role focuses on delivering warm, engaging service, driving sales, and creating memorable moments during private events and in-store visits.

Hours are 25–40 per week (3–5 days), including Saturdays and Sundays. A high school diploma and 2 years of service or retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in service industry, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 9 am–9 pm, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the candle-making process.
• Educate customers on fragrance notes and customization options.
• Drive daily sales, product recommendations, upgrades and add-ons.
• Maintain retail displays and fragrance stations; prep studio supplies.
• Deliver memorable experiences and assist with events and community engagements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth studio flow during busy periods.
