Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking an Onboarder to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and act as a liaison between the hiring manager and the employee. Job Description

The Onboarder plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive onboarding experience for all new hires. This position serves as the subject matter expert for pre-employment requirements, including background checks, licensure verification, fingerprinting, drug screening, I-9 compliance, and other regulatory requirements. The Onboarder manages onboarding systems and workflows, coordinates pre-employment activities, audits documentation for compliance with federal and state employment laws, and collaborates with departments across the organization. Through exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication, this role supports hiring managers, Human Resources, and new employees while ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed and new hires are fully cleared to begin employment.

Qualifications

Required :

• 2 Year /Associate Degree And/or 2Experience in a related field

Or

• 2Equivalent in education plus 2 years working experience

Preferred : Experience in Human Resources Office
