Peloton seeks a highly organized Candidate Experience Coordinator to support our Recruitment team in coordination, project management, and execution of talent acquisition and talent marketing efforts. You will collaborate with global teams and support all functions and geographies from our New York City headquarters.

You will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling with Candidate.FYI and Greenhouse, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through the entire process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience using Candidate.FYI for interview scheduling alongside Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across geographies.
• Customer-service oriented with collaboration across teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a highly organized Candidate Experience Coordinator to assist our Recruitment team with coordination, project management, and the execution of our talent acquisition and talent marketing efforts! Working as a member of our People Team, you will support all functions and geographies globally across our teams. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Coordinate a large volume of complex interviews across all functions and geographies at a fast pace
• Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other global stakeholders
• Manage candidate interview scheduling seamlessly using Candidate.FYI and Greenhouse ATS
• Maintain and update all outside Peloton Company pages, hiring platforms, and employer-branding sites
• Be responsible for the candidate interview experience from the first contact through the entire interview process
• Maintain accurate reporting and data integrity within our internal tools and ATS (Greenhouse)
• Act as the primary liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters across multiple time zones and regions
• Assist with and manage planning and coordination of recruiting events (career fairs, meetups, campus events, etc.)
• Coordinate and facilitate seamless on-site interview experiences, including room logistics, candidate greeting, and office tours

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 1+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience in-house environment or in an agency
• Experience using Candidate.FYI for interview scheduling alongside Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred / ideal
• Incredible organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently across multiple priorities
• Remarkable customer-service focus, with solid verbal and written communication to both Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Empathetic understanding of the candidate process and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Proactive, responsive work style with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies
• Have experience working with Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Teams and understand full-cycle recruiting and sourcing

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle and recommend operational improvements or efficiencies to enhance process speed and quality
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data privacy, particularly regarding sensitive candidate and employee information
• Exhibit adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to pivot quickly as organizational priorities shift
• Support the broader team in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, including new hire setup tasks and cross-functional coordination
• Proficiency in modern communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace) to effectively support global teams

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

Base Salary Range

$63,850—$75,550 USD
