Peloton is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and execute the future of our commercial software and digital experiences on the gym floor. You will bridge strategy and execution, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver connected experiences for commercial operators and exercisers.

In this role you will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, leverage data and AI to run experiments, and drive growth in hardware sales, engagement and retention across gym

Qualifications

• 4 years of Product Management experience driving business growth & user engagement.
• Experience on mobile apps or consumer software products with a passion for digital fitness.
• Able to translate ambiguous ideas into scalable product visions & concepts.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to guide roadmaps & decisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and execute the future of our commercial software and digital experiences on the gym floor. In this high-impact role, you will drive the product strategy and lifecycle building experiences to guide exercisers through their in-gym workouts. You will define innovative solutions in support of both commercial operators & exercisers needs to drive product growth.

As a Senior PM on the Commercial Software team, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, acting as an autonomous strategic lead and a hands‑on builder. You will report to a Director of Product Management and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Hardware, Analytics, and Content—to deliver a world‑class, connected experience for members in commercial fitness environments.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, owning & driving core metrics including hardware sales, workout engagement, and retention
• Partner with Engineering, Hardware, Design, and Content to deliver holistic user experiences, blending our premium at-home experience with commercial gym needs
• Dive deep into user data, user research, testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and design product experiments
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, translating user and business needs into requirements and clear success criteria. Leverage AI every step of the way to experiment quickly and maximize efficiency
• Drive alignment and communicate effectively across the organization, providing clear updates on progress and dependencies to keep cross‑functional partners informed and inspired
• Empower the team to deliver smart, software solutions – balancing product innovation with long‑term scale

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 4 years of Product Management experience, driving a healthy mix of business growth & user engagement impact
• Direct experience working on mobile apps and/or consumer software products with a passion for building and dog‑fooding digital fitness experiences
• Experienced & energized by translating ambiguous ideas into full scale product visions & concepts
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with comfort using data to ground roadmaps and product decisions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience triaging and responding directly to user feedback
• Highly collaborative, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a strong attention to detail and a bias for action

BONUS

• Experience in health and fitness, B2B businesses, and/or commercial gym spaces
• Experience building integrated hardware & software

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range: $173,478 USD - $213,957 USD
