Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Health/Business Admin or related field; six years of supervisory/management experience.
• Master's degree with five years of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage department personnel and operations, including staffing and performance management.
• Oversee administration of clinical trials, including pre- and post-award activities, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Improve workflows and implement process changes; coordinate scheduling and administrative operations.
• Support growth across Weston, Martin and Indian River sites.
