Piedmont Clinic seeks an Oncology Navigator to manage care for cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring access to high-quality care across the continuum. You will be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, guiding them to clinical and non-clinical supportive services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and partners.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in Georgia with at least 2 years of nursing experience; oncology experience is preferred

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; oncology experience preferred.
• RN Georgia licensure required; multistate licensure acceptable.
• Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate care for cancer patients with a multidisciplinary team to ensure access to high-quality care throughout the continuum.
• Serve as single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referring physicians and connect them with supportive services.
