Piedmont Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Navigator to manage the care of cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring access to high quality care across the continuum.

You will act as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, guiding them to clinical and non-clinical supportive services through Piedmont Healthcare and community partners. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with oncology experience and georgia licensure;

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. (Required)
• RN licensure in Georgia (Required)
• Oncology experience preferred
• OCN oncology certification preferred

Mansioni

• Coordinate care for identified cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as a single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers and referring physicians, and help access clinical and non-clinical supportive services.

Serves as a single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, and provides resources and assistance with accessing clinical and non-clinical supportive care services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its community partners.

Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Required

Work Experience

• 2 years Nursing experience Required
• Oncology experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
• OCN - Oncology Nurse Certification Preferred
