Job summary

The Sethi Laboratory at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School is recruiting an exceptional postdoctoral fellow in computational cancer biology, single-cell genomics, epigenomics, and spatial biology to address these questions across gastrointestinal cancer evolution.

Our laboratory studies cell-state plasticity as a fundamental determinant of cancer initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. required.
• Strong background in quantitative or computational biology.
• Experience with single-cell RNA-seq and/or ATAC-seq preferred.
• Background in epigenomics, spatial transcriptomics, or multimodal data.
• Ability to formulate questions and develop computational analyses.

Responsibilities

• Formulate questions and develop computational analyses.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists and interpret complex genomic data.
• Present findings internally and externally and contribute to manuscripts.
• Mentor junior trainees.
