Job summary

The Oncology Navigator at Piedmont Clinic partners with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality cancer care across the continuum. You will serve as the primary contact for patients, families, and referring physicians, guiding access to clinical and supportive services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its partners.

Required RN licensure in Georgia with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience; oncology experience preferred and OCN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• 2 years nursing experience required; oncology experience preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia required; OCN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the care of identified cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure access to high-quality care throughout the continuum.
• Serves as the single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, and provides resources and assistance with accessing clinical and non-clinical supportive care services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its community partners.
