Job summary

Lantern is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join the Member Experience & Enablement team in our downtown Dallas, Texas office. The Trainer will lead as the primary resource for the Cancer navigation program with backup support for Surgery and Infusion lines.

Strong instructional design and hands-on rollout experience are essential for improving NPS and member experience. The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, cross-functional teams, and AI-enabled learning tools in a

Qualifications

Formal background in Instructional Design or ADDIE/SAM methodology for new course development.
Experience administering or navigating a Learning Management System (LMS).
Familiarity with call quality frameworks and translating QA findings into training.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and facilitates staff training within Member Services, including onboarding for classes of up to 20.
Tracks trainee performance with documentation and handoff notes to supervisors.
Maintains courseware with SMEs and updates as programs evolve.
Applies needs assessment and Voice of Customer data to improve curricula.
Supports AI-enabled learning tools and call analytics as part of L&D initiatives.
Delivers coaching with the Quality team to reinforce performance improvement.
