Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients during check-in/check-out for cancer care visits.
• Answer calls, address questions, and schedule appointments with empathy.
• Assist patients in enrolling in and using MyChart to connect with their care team.
• Enter and update demographic, insurance, and financial information for smooth access.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and oncology care team on information flow.
• Assist with insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, and billing questions.
• Collect and process patient payments including copays and balances.
• Help patients complete forms and documentation for care.
• Manage EPIC work queues and document scanning accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, referrals, and diagnostic services.
