Advocate Health is seeking a laboratory technician to support clinical and research testing in a busy lab. You will perform standardized chemical, biological, and tissue analyses, prepare charts and reports, collect samples, and assist with data review under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, zoology, or related science.
• High school diploma with four years of related clinical/research experience.
• Ability to interpret data and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Conduct standardized chemical, physical, and biological tests.
• Perform micro-analysis, lipids analysis, enzyme studies, and chromatography.
• Set up equipment and organize materials for scheduled tests.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and reports from research data.
• Collect tissues, specimens, and blood samples as required by protocols.
• Train students and staff on laboratory procedures.
