Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead development and execution of training programs and customer support operations, including oversight of a Tier One subcontractor for the Canada MOD RPAS program.

The role requires a proven track record in cross‑functional project leadership and substantial experience in military aircrew/training settings. You will direct program phases from initiation through delivery, collaborate with engineering, manage budgets

Qualifications

• Thirteen+ years of progressively complex program administration experience.
• Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering, science or related technical field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the program from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and coordinate program plans for internal and subcontracted programs.
• Collaborate with engineering to define concepts and requirements.
• Interact with management and customers to address program decisions.
• Oversee subcontractor content in maintenance and training.
• Prepare proposals, budgets and contract terms.
