Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, standard costing, and financial modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business partner to the Canada Commercial Leader, translating financial data into insights.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Canada with full P&L and cash flow projections.
• Own ~95% of NA end-to-end allowance and rebate forecasting for approx. $150M annually.
• Collaborate with NAM Fin VP to align Canada inputs into Global FP&A.
• Support month-end close with net sales reporting and gross-to-net reconciliations.
• Govern allowance accounts and gross-to-net processes to drive margin expansion.
