Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, standard costing, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Canada Commercial Leader and leadership team to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L for the Canada segment.
• Manage gross‑to‑net processes, allowances, rebates, and net pricing realization.
• Lead month‑end close, variance analysis, and financial commentary.
