Job summary

CarGurus Canada is forming a new Account Management function to deliver proactive, consultative support to dealer partners. The Manager, Account Management will build the operating model with the Senior Director of Canada, recruit and develop talent, and drive retention, adoption, and growth across Canadian dealers.

The role oversees Account Managers across high-volume and complex groups, aligning with Account Executives, Dealer Relations, and Canada sales leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a customer-facing sales/account management team.
• Extensive experience hiring and building teams across levels.
• Track record of improving retention, engagement, adoption, and growth.
• Ability to coach across high-volume and complex accounts, including executive relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to evolve, experiment, adapt, and take feedback.
• Ability to partner with Canada leaders and move work forward independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
