Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, seeks a Camunda Engineer for onsite work in the Dallas, TX area. You will design and implement backend services with Java, building RESTful APIs and microservices, and extending Camunda workflow solutions.

Local to Dallas area only

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong focus on building RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing workflow solutions using Camunda (version 5+ preferred).
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, workflow orchestration, and process lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern cloud architectures.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Camunda 7 and cloud-native workflow designs.
• Development of Java Delegates, External Tasks, and process integrations within Camunda.
• Background in financial services, retirement, or operational processing environments.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services.
• Camunda or BPM certification is a plus.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on workflow automation and process modeling.

Estimated Min Rate: $49.70
