Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years skilled work experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Must be able to use a respirator and work in high places and confined spaces.
• Must complete elevator extraction and fire panel training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, air handling equipment, and pumps.
• Respond to fire protection system alarms and report to Safety Coordinator.
