Job summary

Crossroads Church seeks a Campus Worship Leader to direct weekly worship for campus services and CR Youth. This role blends musical excellence with spiritual leadership and team development.

In addition to worship duties, 12–15 hours per week cover broader campus ministry and operational support, shaped with the Campus Pastor. ProPresenter, Ableton and Planning Center proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent ministry experience.
• Pastoral licensure required for pastoral title.
• Strong musical ability with vocals and instrument.
• Experience with Planning Center, Ableton, and ProPresenter.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrates integrity and a Christ-centered life.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship weekly at campus services and CR Youth with excellence and authenticity.
• Direct execution of service elements during weekend services.
• Partner with the Producer to shape the weekend experience.
• Create and run Ableton tracks and train musicians to use them.
• Recruit, develop, and care for worship volunteers; host team nights and auditions.
• Schedule volunteers in Planning Center and manage service info.
• Oversee campus equipment upkeep and budget for musicians and gear.
• Attend campus staff huddles and participate in campus life and events.
• Dedicate 12–15 hours weekly to broader campus ministry and operations, aligned with campus needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor.
