Job summary

Crossroads Church is seeking a Campus Worship Leader (unlicensed)/ Pastor (licensed) to lead worship and help grow campus ministry. The role combines musical excellence with spiritual leadership and team development, working with campus and central staff.

The position includes 40 hours/week with 12–15 hours weekly for broader campus ministry and operations. Proficiency in Planning Center, Ableton, and worship tech is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Pastoral licensure required for pastoral title.
• Strong musical ability (vocals + instrument).
• Proficient with Planning Center, Ableton, and modern worship tech.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship weekly at campus services and CR Youth with excellence and authenticity.
• Direct execution of service elements during weekend services or worship experiences.
• Partner with the Producer to shape the weekend feel of the experience.
• Create and run Ableton tracks and train musicians to use them.
• Recruit, develop, and care for worship volunteers.
• Schedule volunteers in Planning Center and import song/service data.
• Oversee equipment and instrument upkeep and campus budgets for hiring musicians.
