Job summary

River Valley Church in Minnesota is seeking a Campus Worship Leader to execute worship experiences for weekend services and campus events, collaborating with the Worship and Campus teams. You will lead worship for weekend and youth services, coordinate experiences, schedule musicians in advance, run rehearsals, and ensure excellence in sound, video, and lighting.

This role includes recruiting and training campus musicians, attending planning meetings, and supporting church-wide events as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient in Ableton and music production.
• Proficient in chord charts and music notation.
• Strong skills with G-Suite and Planning Center Online.
• Education: ministerial credentials preferred or in progress (Assemblies of God).
• Minimum 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship for weekend and youth services.
• Coordinate worship experiences and schedule musicians in advance.
• Run rehearsals and ensure service execution with excellence.
• Oversee sound, video, and lighting as needed.
• Prepare and print chord charts.
• Recruit and train campus musicians.
• Attend weekly staff and planning meetings.
• Collaborate with Campus Pastor and Production Lead.
• Assist with church-wide events and campus opportunities.
