Twin Rivers Church in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a Campus Worship Leader for full-time duties. You will lead worship for Sunday services and campus-wide events, and collaborate with other worship staff to organize bands, vocals, and team scheduling.

Candidates should have a mature faith, strong leadership and planning abilities, and experience developing volunteers. Responsibilities include auditions, onboarding, and planning for seasonal productions and team nights.

Please submit all **resumes** with a cover letter & **video of you leading worship** to the **Executive** **Pastor, Ben Kinsey at [e-mail]****Position Description:**The Campus Worship Leader is responsible to lead worship for Twin Rivers Chirch a Sunday services and church wide events.**Position Details:*** Position Type: Full-time* Hours Per Week: 40+* Reports to: Campus Pastor* Campus: TBD**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:****Worship Leader*** Lead worship for Sunday morning services, First Wednesday gatherings, and other church events as needed.* Collaborate with other worship staff to schedule band and vocal teams.* Collaborate with other worship staff to create set lists for Sundays & events* Coordinate auditions and *On Ramp*, the development process for new team members.* Collaberate with other worship staff to plan and execute monthly Team Nights & Workshops* Contribute to the creative planning and execution of major church events, including Christmas Production, Easter, Revive Nights, Girl’s Night, and Freedom Conference.**Team Care*** Build relationships with team members, fostering personal connection, growth, and a strong culture of unity.* Coordinate your schedule to include coffees, meals and outings with the team**Other Duties and Responsibilities:·*** Be a team player and help with special projects and events as needed and determined by your supervisor.**Qualifications & Skills:*** Mature and ongoing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.* Ability to fully embrace the vision, values & statement of faith of TwinRivers.Church* Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.* Organization and strong communication skills are essential.* Must have the ability to plan, budget, delegate, and meet deadlines on time.* Ability to recruit, train, and develop other leaders.* Ability to work in a team and or independent professional manner.* Manage time and schedules well, and meet deadlines consistently.
