Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in merchandising, retail, supply chain, or related fields.
• 2+ years of project delivery/management or demonstrated influence without authority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Drive continuous improvements to inventory health, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize supply chain processes and implement enhancements.
• Document, maintain, and improve process workflows with clear inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
• Influence cross-functional processes across merchandising, retail, logistics, and inventory management.
• Translate complex supply chain scenarios into actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and lead resolution efforts to prevent disruptions.
• Lead knowledge-sharing and capability-building across teams to foster collaboration and growth.
