Job summary

The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is seeking one Storekeeper for Connecticut Valley Hospital (CVH) in Middletown, CT. This full-time, first-shift role supports the campus by maintaining storage areas and distributing warehouse items across the CVH campus.

You will use Microsoft Excel and Outlook, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and help ensure accurate stock records and inventories for clothing, food, hygiene, medical and PPE products.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in stock or warehouse work or closely related work that could reasonably be expected to provide the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply storage areas located at CVH Warehouse.
• Maintain, stock, and distribute warehouse items throughout the CVH campus, including clothing, food, hygiene, medical and PPE products.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook; and
• Utilize forklifts and manual/electric pallet jacks.
