Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Student Advocate to connect our organization with veterinary students, clubs, and faculty. You will promote career opportunities, organize campus events, and help share clinical rotation options while building your professional network.

As a current veterinary student (1st–3rd year), you will serve as a liaison, develop relationships, and support our social media with monthly stories.

Qualifications

• Must be a current 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year veterinary student.
• Active engagement within school community and veterinary student clubs.
• Must not be employed by another veterinary group as a student representative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between Mission Pet Health and university students, faculty, and clubs.
• Promote awareness and participation in DVM student programs through networking and events.
• Organize campus events, at least one per semester, managing logistics.
• Share externships, job openings, and career paths within the Mission Pet Health network.
• Gather campus insights on job fairs and visits from Mission Pet Health teams.
• Complete at least one clinical rotation at a Mission Pet Health hospital within year.
• Support social media by providing monthly content about experiences and events.
