Responsibilities

• Process customer/client transactions accurately and politely.
• Provide research, clerical, administrative and technical support to the operation.
• Maintain office records and generate correspondence; liaise with clients, vendors and outside entities.
• Answer phones and process expense reports.
• Perform general clerical duties as needed.
