Job summary

INTULSA INITIATIVE LLC in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Manager, Recruitment & Partnerships to lead Campus Tulsa and Tulsa Service Year recruitment from outreach through enrollment. You will build relationships with colleges, universities, employers and community partners, coordinate campus visits and events, and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Airtable) to deliver an outstanding participant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in recruitment, admissions, higher education, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience building relationships with colleges, universities, employers, or community organizations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using HubSpot, Airtable, or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for Campus Tulsa and Tulsa Service Year from outreach through enrollment.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, faculty, career centers, student organizations, and THEC.
• Coordinate campus visits, classroom presentations, information sessions, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Campus Tulsa summer interns.
• Serve as a primary ambassador for Early Career Programs and promote Tulsa as a place to launch meaningful careers.
• Ensure prospective participants receive timely communication and an outstanding experience.
• Partner with Marketing to plan recruitment campaigns, participant communications, and annual recruitment timelines.
• Maintain participant, employer, and institutional information in HubSpot and Airtable.
• Manage recruitment workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Track recruitment, application, and participation metrics for continuous improvement.
