Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience with campus engagement and partnerships preferred.
• Willingness to travel, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead external recruitment events and campus engagements across regions.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for partner campuses.
• Manage part-time student hires to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal Recruitment Managers to optimize campaigns.
