• Education: bachelor’s degree preferred; vocational training or equivalent experience acceptable.
• 5–7 years in a related role with cash handling and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with parking and transportation operations and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in the parking database and maintain inventory and cash handling.
• Monitor transit operations and respond to emails and requests promptly.
• Coordinate logistics for events and manage day-to-day office functions.
• Support management with data collection, reporting and QA checks.
• Provide frontline support for customer complaints and inquiries.
