Job summary

The University of Chicago's Transportation and Parking Services is seeking a Transportation and Parking Administrator to lead daily operations, coordinate shuttles and parking programs, and ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance. You will run reports from the parking database, manage permits, oversee cash handling, and work with vendors to maintain equipment and support campus transit initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in parking and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries and manage parking permits using T2's Flex and Amano McGann.
• Oversee deposits and ensure accurate reporting of credits and debits.
• Maintain pay-in-lane, LPR, and pay-on-foot equipment.
• Coordinate transit programs including shuttles, charters and Lyft partnerships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support event parking logistics.
