Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an Internship/Co-Op Leader for Workplace and Operational Excellence in Waukesha. You will join a campus transformation effort unifying employee and customer experience with modernized workspaces and new Customer Experience Center readiness.

Role reports to the Renaissance Program Leader and Global Workplace Leader, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking readiness, and documenting progress for successful openings and sustained excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program and returning to school after the internship.
• Ability to travel to the GEHC Waukesha Campus for meetings as needed.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and comfort working across functions.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and a self-starter attitude.
• Developing proficiency in project management, meeting coordination, action tracking, and status reporting.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not sponsor employment visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Renaissance Program Leader and Global Workplace and Operational Excellence Leader in advancing the Waukesha Campus readiness roadmap.
• Coordinate across campus businesses, internal teams, and suppliers, linking local execution to global priorities.
• Assist with dashboards, meeting notes, action logs, and follow-up tracking to keep workstreams on track.
• Help document operating models, sustainment plans, and lessons learned for future rollout.
