GE HealthCare is seeking a Workplace and Operational Excellence Program Leader Intern/Co-Op in Waukesha, WI. You’ll assist in coordinating campus transformation efforts, readiness planning, and cross-functional collaboration with business partners and suppliers.

You’ll learn from a global real estate team, contribute to communication materials, and help sustain improvements after openings. This role is part-time, ~20 hours weekly, with a fall 2026–May 2027 timeframe.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to the GE HealthCare Waukesha Campus for meetings as needed.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and comfort working across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Renaissance Program Leader and Global Workplace and Operational Excellence Leader in advancing the Waukesha Campus readiness roadmap.
• Coordinate across campus businesses, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Maintain readiness plans, action trackers, decision logs, risk and issue logs, and program timelines.
• Help build the operating framework for renovated spaces opened, managed, and sustained after activation.
• Coordinate with workstream leaders, suppliers, and vendors to gather updates and validate milestones.
• Prepare agendas, capture notes, track follow-ups, and organize leadership materials for reviews.
