Job summary

Cintrifuse is seeking a Startup Talent Manager based in Cincinnati to build and own relationships with target universities, acting as the face of Cintrifuse on campus. You will manage Startup Fellows, Builder Fellows, and EFR pipelines, travel to partner campuses, and work with venture growth leadership to align talent with portfolio needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience hiring and/or managing people directly.
• Proven relationship-building and relationship-management skills with external stakeholders (universities, sponsors).
• Comfort presenting to external audiences and traveling to partner campuses.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with each target university, serving as the single point of contact.
• Build and deepen relationships with Cincinnati-area institutions and other schools within roughly six hours' drive.
• Lead the Startup Fellows program end-to-end from a relationship and talent standpoint.
• Recruit high-caliber students for quality and fit and match them to internship opportunities.
• Maintain active bench of recent graduates for junior roles and mid-career inquiries.
• Travel regularly to partner campuses to build relationships and attend career fairs.
