Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing, verbal communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Inspect Campus Systems including HVAC equipment, pumps, condensers, compressors, and electrical and domestic water services.
• Start up, regulate, and shut down equipment as needed.
• Monitor meters, gauges and computerized controls to ensure safe, economical operation.
• Record data in logs and identify potential problems.
• Be prepared to participate in on‑the‑job training (OJT) and professional training classes.
