Tulsa Community College is seeking a facilities technician to assist with repair, maintenance, and operation of building mechanical systems on campus. This role requires following established procedures and staying attentive to safety protocols.

The position is safety-sensitive under applicable Oklahoma statutes and involves hands-on work in a busy campus environment, including routine maintenance tasks and minor fabrications as needed.

• Demonstrated ability to work on one’s own initiative with general supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with others.
• Mechanical aptitude with education, training or experience related to large A/C or boilers including general maintenance and electrical systems preferred.

• Maintain all equipment in the facility in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• Assist with snow and ice removal.

Minimum Qualifications
