Job summary

Qualifications

• Must support classroom and campus operations including student supervision, basic instructional assistance, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills for handling records, filing, data entry, and routine office tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, educators, staff, and community members in a diverse educational setting.
• Reliability and adaptability, including following directions, managing changing assignments, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced school environment.
• Basic technology skills, such as using email, office software, and school systems to support staff and student services.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful conduct with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in K–12 or adult education, student supervision, or school support roles is preferred.

Responsibilities
