Job summary

Holyoke Community College is seeking SAMP Success Ambassadors to provide peer mentorship to a caseload of up to 20 Success Scholars and support program events. This part-time role requires attendance at orientation and entails weekly coaching sessions with a Success Coach, campus outreach, and timely documentation of interactions.

Responsibilities include recruiting support, leading community service projects, campus tours, and assisting with campus technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Currently enrolled in at least six credits.
• Have earned a minimum of six college credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer mentorship to a caseload of up to 20 Success Scholars.
• Build meaningful connections with assigned scholars through regular outreach and face-to-face meetings.
• Meet weekly with a Success Coach to review caseload.
• Document interactions with scholars in a timely manner.
• Make referrals to campus support services as needed.
• Promote student academic and personal success and serve as a positive role model.
