Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior storeroom experience and organizational skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and inventories departmental supplies and food items.
• Maintains storage temperatures and records per standards.
• Rotates stock and dates labels per FIFO procedures.
• Orders food and supplies per product specifications and company procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food items.
• Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports as outlined in policies.
