The role requires a high school diploma, reliability, and ability to work varied hours including some weekends. Prior retail or student store experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Must be friendly, approachable, and courteous with students, parents, and staff.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems and store software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, parents, faculty, and guests on the campus store floor.
• Operate the POS system to process student charges and handle cash/credit card sales.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures during store hours, including occasional weekends.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restock shelves, and keep displays organized.
• Assist with issuing student uniforms and managing uniform rental records.
• Support inventory counts and loss prevention practices on the sales floor.
