Job summary

A college bookstore is seeking a Campus Retail Associate to provide excellent customer service and support retail operations. You will assist with transactions, maintain store appearance, and create a welcoming environment for customers. Ideal candidates should be at least 16 years old with a positive attitude and ability to work flexibly throughout the academic year. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers.
• Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register.
• Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products.
• Routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
