Job summary

BibliU is seeking a Site Manager for Weatherford College in Bridgeport, Texas. This full-time, temporary role (30 hours per week) reports to the Store Manager and focuses on maintaining inventory, delivering strong customer service, and driving store profitability.

You will supervise daily operations, perform cash transactions, merchandise products, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while ensuring a positive shopping experience for students and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary customer service and sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to life 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage all customers to identify their needs and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions and meet their needs.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Perform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash and credit payments and counting money.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, and visuals) of products in the store, in adherence to established visual standards.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
