Job summary

BibliU is seeking a Site Manager for Weatherford College, Bridgeport, TX. This full-time, temporary role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong customer service and inventory management skills to maintain textbook and merchandise stock levels.

You will lead store operations, engage customers, handle transactions, and ensure a safe, clean environment while adhering to company policies. Retail experience and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience with a passion for extraordinary customer service/sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, standing, twisting, and climbing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Assist in driving store-level sales and profitability.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures per policy.
• Process sales and register transactions; handle cash/credit payments.
• Assist with merchandising and visual standards.
• Protect cash, inventory and company assets.
