Job summary

BibliU is seeking a Retail Sales Support team member at Vernon College in Vernon, Texas for a part-time, temporary role. You will work with store leadership to keep a well-organized campus store, focusing on order fulfilment and customer service during a busy period.

The role involves assisting with customer service, textbook handling, shipping/receiving, and lifting up to 40 lb. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor with information, support, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-merchandised store displays.
• Support customers in person, via phone and email
• Manage and fulfil customer orders
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing course materials.
• Stock and merchandise textbooks to ensure easy access and visual appeal.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, customer orders, and returns.
