Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing promotions, merchandising, and store events.
• Lead in-store course materials activities and campus relationships.
• Manage talent lifecycle including coaching, training, and performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on store financials and planning.
